The Ninth Whitebrook Wind-Up 10k & 1/2 Marathon will be run on the 28th April 2019 to coincide with the spectacular viewing of our bluebell woods. This is an entirely off-road event with some challenging terrain.

Thanks again to our sponsor: The Village Websmith (Tintern)

See results page for 2018 times.

Due to the all-terrain nature of the course (which has not changed) this year we promoted the event also as a fell run, runners had a choice of two races - either run two laps of the course to complete a Half Marathon, or a single lap for a 10k.

The scenic course takes you along the banks of the river Wye and up through some of the Wye Valley's most unspoiled woodland. But it's not called the Wind-Up for nothing - the climb on each lap is nearly 600ft.

Don't just listen to what we say - take a look at the videos below and the comments left at after previous events.

Thank you to the runners who took part in 2018
